MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR BOOKING
Booking a table on Niibow only takes a minute, but a few small habits make the difference between a smooth night and a wasted trip. Here’s what actually helps, based on how diners use the platform every day.
Reservation Tips
Before you book
- Look for the “Book Now” button before you plan around a place. Not every restaurant on Niibow has opened online bookings yet — if a listing doesn’t show it, reach out to them directly or pick another spot from the mood list.
- Read the reviews, not just the mood tag. A listing marked “New on Niibow” simply hasn’t hit five reviews yet — it can still be exactly right, but check what early diners actually said.
- Get your party size right from the start. Restaurants set up their tables around the numbers you give them, so an accurate count avoids an awkward squeeze — or a table sitting half empty.
- Book earlier for weekends and popular spots. Poolside and rooftop listings especially fill up fast on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Match the mood tag to the occasion. “Romantic” and “Cosy” tables tend to be smaller and quieter — if you’re bringing a group, look for listings tagged for bigger, livelier spaces instead.
- Keep your confirmation handy. Once a restaurant accepts your booking, it’s on record on their end too — but having it pulled up on your phone makes checking in faster.
- Running late or changing plans? Let the restaurant know. A quick heads-up keeps your table held and keeps things easy for the next booking after yours.
