Welcome to Niibow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Niibow website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Niibow Tech Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By using Niibow, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

Niibow provides a mood-based restaurant discovery and reservation platform. You may use the Platform to:

• Browse and discover restaurants
• Make restaurant reservations
• Leave reviews and ratings
• Organise group outings
• Save favourite restaurants

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to submitting false reviews, impersonating others, scraping data, or interfering with the Platform's operation.

5. Restaurant Listings

Restaurant information displayed on the Platform, including menus, prices, opening hours, and images, is provided by restaurant partners or sourced from publicly available data. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is up to date at all times. Restaurants are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their listings.

6. Reservations

When you make a reservation through Niibow, you enter into a direct arrangement with the restaurant. Niibow facilitates the booking but is not a party to your dining experience. Please honour your reservations or cancel in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

7. User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Niibow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform. You represent that your User Content is truthful, does not infringe on third party rights, and complies with applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Niibow Tech Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niibow Tech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to issues with restaurant service quality, food safety, or booking disputes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
